Shipping policy

All orders shipped by tracked package and are processed between 24 and 72 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the moment of receipt of the confirmation by email.

Except for factors beyond our control such as high volume of orders or postal outages, all packages will leave within these times.

At the time of shipment, you will be sent an additional confirmation email with the tracking number, so that you can monitor the shipment and communicate directly with the shipper.

You can still monitor the order at the link we will send you.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, over € 100 shipments in Italy are free.

For foreign shipments your order may be subject to additional taxes and duties not dependent on Vettori Promotions SRL and it will be your duty to fulfill these costs.

If you do not receive the package within 10 working days of shipment confirmation, contact us at info@italiandreamapparel.com with your name and order number, we will check directly.

Returns, refunds, exchange of goods

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, only if the garment is unused and in its original condition.
The return is charged to the customer.

We ask you to always send an email with the order number and the reason for the return.

Upon receipt of the return we will check that the garment has not been soiled, damaged, used or washed and we will proceed with the refund or exchange of the goods.

In any case, only the value of the garment will be refunded, excluding shipments, the return is also charged to the customer.

The customer can choose to have a voucher with no expiry date equal to the value of the garment to spend on the italiandreamapparel.com website.

The refund operation can take up to 10 working days from the time of the garment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If your order has arrived open or damaged, write to us as soon as possible at info@italiandreamapprel.com with the order number and a photo of the object.

UK Shipments: Post Brexit the process for selling goods to the UK is subject to new legislation involving new duty payments and complications for sellers.
Shipments to the UK are suspended until new measures are taken to simplify their sale.
