Q: How long does it take to be refunded after I return an item?
Once the item has been inspected by our staff, usually withing 48 hours after confirmation, your refund will be processed and you will receive credit on your credit card or original payment method.
Note that depending on the bank it can take between 2 and 10 business days.

The items are not changed, you will be given a voucher that can be used on the site with which you can independently replace your item with another.
